Placing Order: To Place an order, a signed copy of the Rental Term Contract and Event Order Form must be signed & mailed to A Touch Of El Dorado. This ensures the property is reserved for the date specified in the Event Order Form. A deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
Security Deposit: A deposit of $100 payment is required by the Touch of El Dorado to hold the rental items for the date specified in the Event Order Form. For special order linens 50% down is required for deposit. Deposit can be in the form of credit card, check or money order. This deposit will be applied to final balance with a credit card on file. If no credit card is on file your deposit will be mailed back to you 7-10 days after your event, upon inspection of the items. The final payment is due 1 week prior to the event and may be in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Check or Money Order.
Event Cancellation: Orders that are cancelled prior to the event, will forfeit their deposit of $100. This covers the cost that A Touch Of El Dorado incurs for turning away potential customers in order to secure the rental items for the event.
Damaged Items: The customer will be responsible to pay for any incidents including but not limited to damaged, lost, altered, or stolen items. Except for reasonable rental usage, all items must be returned in their normal condition. A Touch Of El Dorado can remove most stains. However, for each item returned with tear, candle burns or wax marks that may be damaged beyond repair, the customer authorizes payment to be taken from your event. A charge of 2 times the rental price will be taken for each damaged item. A fee of $2 per satin sash, $4 per sash band and $5 per rhinestone buckle will be charged in the event guests decide to keep them. Table linens: tablecloth, overlays, runners & napkins will also be charged 2 times the rental fee per item damaged beyond repair or not returned.
Fees: The customer understands that a breach of contract will result in collections of fees by A Touch Of El Dorado. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with collection process, including; damaged or missing items and NSF Check Fees of $39.
All Rentals are subject to New York State Sales Tax (8% Niagara County & 8.75% Erie County) sales tax is not included in price of rental.
