Tents require a deposit fee of $50 along with signed agreement to hold date. After date has transpired and satisfactory inspection of the tent by owner deposit fee will be refunded. If  for any reason date is cancelled 60 days or less deposit of $50 will be forfeited. Payment is due prior to event date and installation of tent.

Rentals are normally set up on the day before and taken down on the day after the agreement date. In all cases we will call you prior to the date to confirm set up and take down times.

Tent rentals available for all occasions: weddings, showers, graduation parties or any outdoor event.  All tents are pole tents.  They have  a white canopy with side walls. These are available on request.  Tent rental includes delivery (within 15  miles), set up and take down.

20 x 20 Tent -  40 people- round tables

                     50 people- long banquet tables

                     60 people- cocktail party

Tent side walls can be added at additional cost.  They offer protection from wind, rain and block any view.

Solid side walls $10 each or 3 for $25
